Number of Locations:

I advocate against overloading your itinerary, recommending a minimum of three-night stays at each destination. Rushing between locations can detract from the experience, so I encourage a more immersive approach to allow ample time for exploration. While multi-location visits are feasible, we prioritize optimizing your enjoyment and minimizing travel hassles. My expertise ensures seamless coordination to make the most of your journey.

Best Time to Travel:

Navigating Africa's diverse seasons is crucial. We provide tailored advice based on your preferred travel dates and game-viewing priorities. The high season, typically from June to October, promises prime wildlife sightings and favourable weather conditions. However, we also highlight the allure of low and shoulder seasons, offering quieter surroundings and unique natural phenomena like blossoming flora and newborn wildlife.

Accommodation Options:

Our array of accommodation choices cater to diverse preferences, from luxurious lodges to intimate bush camps. Each option presents distinct experiences, whether you prefer the comfort of lodge amenities, the rustic charm of tented camps, or the remote tranquillity of bush camps. Private houses are ideal for intimate gatherings, boasting personalized services and exclusive access to wildlife-rich surroundings.

Lodges – Permanent Structures with a resident’s bar, dining area swimming pools, spa and gyms. All rooms will be ensuite with running hot and cold water

Tented Camp - These luxury safari camps often boast elegantly appointed tents perched on elevated platforms, featuring hardwood floors and canvas walls. Each tent is equipped with ensuite bathrooms, offering 24-hour running water for sinks, showers, and flushing toilets. Central lounge areas are typically spacious, and many camps offer additional amenities such as swimming pools for guests to enjoy.

Mobile Camps - can be semi-permanent or mobile, depending on the season and the movement of the animals (notably during the migration in Kenya and Tanzania). The tents can range from Meru style to Dome style with canvas fly sheets to provide a shade

Private Villa - Most often sleeping up to eight travellers, safari villas are designed with extended families and groups of friends in mind. No more separate tents, one-size-fits-all buffets and split-up game drives; today's safari villas are all about luxurious home-from-home living with private pools and interactive kitchens.Often equipped with private guides, a chef and your own 4 x4 safari vehicles.

Budget Considerations:

While safaris entail varying costs, we strive to accommodate your budget without compromising on quality. Our comprehensive packages typically start from £4,000 per person for a 10 day holiday, encompassing diverse experiences and accommodations. We leverage low and shoulder seasons to secure favourable rates, ensuring transparency and feasibility throughout the planning process.

Preparation and Documentation:

As your departure approaches, we streamline the pre-trip process, providing essential guidance on insurance, vaccinations, and visa requirements. Clear communication and meticulous planning culminate in a comprehensive travel wallet, containing detailed itineraries, ticket confirmations, and essential information to facilitate a hassle-free journey.

Once the itinerary is finalized, the following steps will be taken:

Flight Confirmation: We will proceed to confirm your flights, which require full payment at the time of booking.
Booking Form and Deposit: You will need to submit your completed booking form along with a 30% deposit.
Confirmation Process: Upon receipt of your documents and deposit, we will confirm all arrangements with our partners in Africa. Subsequently, we will send you a comprehensive confirmation package, including your agreed itinerary, invoice, and pre-trip information essential for your holiday preparations.
Preparations: Before your departure, it is essential to arrange relevant insurance, vaccinations, malaria tablets (if required), and visas.
Final Payment: Approximately 8-12 weeks prior to your travel date, the final invoice will be due, and upon payment, we will issue a receipt for your records.
Travel Wallet: As your departure date approaches, we will send you a travel wallet containing detailed documents for your trip. This will include a meticulously curated itinerary, information regarding meeting points, internal flight tickets, and vouchers for services booked and paid for by us

Tipping Etiquette:
